We enquired for a family portrait and asked package details. On phone call he spoken good. After reaching we showed reference images and expections he kept mentioning that is Elite shoot we can't achieve, finally we just asked 2 chairs for our parents to take family portrait he didn't provide and kept mentioning it won't come under package. Most irritating part is he used the word premium, elite and in the last referred us to go near by normal studio u will get photos. He has a big studio with great portfolio but when u can't handle a customer with dignity and respect just mention only elite why u want normal people and treat them bad.
